May 22respinsAccording to the Shenzhen Stock Exchange, Shanghai Haide Control System Co., Ltd. and independent financial advisers applied to withdraw the application documents for material asset reorganization. In accordance with Article 52 of the "Review Rules for Material Asset Reorganization of Listed Companies on the Shenzhen Stock Exchange", the Shenzhen Stock Exchange decided to terminate the review of its application for issuing shares to purchase assets and raising supporting funds.
