Decision on taking countermeasures against former U.S. Congressman Gallagher

(Promulgated by Order No. 6 of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the People's Republic of China on May 21, 2024drawpokermachines, effective from May 21, 2024)

In recent years, former U.S. Congressman Mike Gallagher of Wisconsin has frequently used words and deeds to interfere in China's internal affairs, undermine China's sovereignty and territorial integrity, and infringe on China's interests. In accordance with Articles 3, 4, 6, 9 and 15 of the Anti-Foreign Sanctions Law of the People's Republic of China, China has decided to take the following countermeasures against Gallagher:

1. Freeze movable property, immovable property and other types of property within our country;

2. Organizations and individuals within our country are prohibited from conducting relevant transactions, cooperation and other activities with themselves;

3. No visa will be issued to him or her or her person will be prohibited from entering the country.

This decision will come into effect on May 21, 2024.
